|Week 3 - Day 3 of Couch to 5k|
Still running on schedule. I am due to take two days off tomorrow and the next day and then onto week 4! Can you believe it?
I'm tempted to do another day of week three. I'm just not as comfortable as I think I should be at the end of the run.... although I'm better than I was the first time and you don't get better by doing the same thing over and over. You improve by pushing yourself a little bit... Just hard for me to decide what to do with it.
I got a Tai Chi DVD to do during my non-running days. If I'm in a hotel I"ll use an exercise bike or something, but no more hiking or walking on the days off. I still think my running form is better than my walking form and MAN is that sad?!?
