Translation: This has become my primary blog for a variety of reasons.
I'd say more, but I'm going to play* guitar for a while and relax before dinner.

I think you put a lot of thought into your job and dealing with people. I have never understood why you would post it for free. That type of thing falls into the category of work to me and I want to be paid when I work.
I thought it was nice of you to try to give others helpful insights, but not something I've felt compelled to do for free.
It wasn't so much giving it away for free in that it had real value to me so much as it was a way to engage in conversation with like-minded people about a topic I care a lot about and am interested in.
If I'd thought there was any chance I could parlez it into a book or something then maybe I'd be giving it away, I don't have any real interest in writing a management book... I don't have the attention span for it lol
