Today is supposed to be my second day in a row off on the couch to 5k plan... I may run though. I've got a thing happening next week at work that's going to have my schedule all messed up so if I move my double day not running by a bit it will be more helpful. I can re-adjust later if I need to.
This assumes after eating tonight that I feel like running once it gets dark. It's hot out and I won't be on a treadmill so I'll be running out in the hot on a dry gravel road. Ugh... That being said. I need to run. I'm liking the inertia, and as tired as I feel right now. I think the running would reinvigorate me.
